A tiny pink humbug, stitched using a hand-dyed thread from my stash and a tiny piece of left over fabric which I could not bear to throw away. This was my first every attempt at a humbug but I doubt it will be my last since they are a great way to use up threads & fabric and will make great little gifts.

I learnt to knit from my paternal grandmother at about age 8 and have been crafting ever since. My main hobby these days is cross-stitching but I also knit, crochet and bead plus I have recently started to learn patchwork and quilting. I am constantly battling to try and reduce the mountain of stash and WIPs that I have aquired over the years but never seem to be winning. It is great fun to try though.
